This solid oak flooring is one of our top sellers and when you see this flooring, it’s not hard to understand why this is the case. The fawn planks are dotted with dark coffee knotting, chestnut tree rings and smaller grains which all run along some tawny highlights and one-of-a-kind patterning. The boards are all composed of two narrow strips of solid oak, which have been expertly crafted together. The sturdy boards are designed to last a lifetime, and with 14mm of solid wood, there’s plenty of room to sand down and re-stain, if desired, or you can let the oak work its magic and age with time, allowing it to flourish and build a character will mean that the oak boards will naturally darken as time passes.

Junckers is so well thought out, that they have even created a new fitting system, completely exclusive to their floors. The planks have a tongue and groove on all four sides and so can be fitted the traditional way using nails or glue and underlay, or can be fitted with the Junckers clips (not stocked). The Ultra-matt UV Lacquer means maintenance is minimal and extremely basic. A sweep around once per week followed by a mop – make sure to wring as much water out as possible, you want to avoid soaking the boards – using a mild detergent or wood floor cleaner.
